- 5+ years culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage front-of-house staff, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You'll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Barista & Beverage Specialist

- 1+ year barista or coffee shop experience preferred

- Previous serving or customer service experience a plus
- Energetic and personable with a genuine smile
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Drive our brand story across digital channels. You'll create compelling content, manage our social media presence, coordinate promotions, and help grow the Cafe Rio community online and offline.
- 2+ years in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook ads
